One ticket was all it took. Kristen Kunkel of Germansville, PA, won the 2010 Toyota Prius at the fifth annual Mid-Atlantic Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living Festival.
Kristen, 24, was a volunteer worker at her first festival this year, helping Bob the Bike Man. She bought her ticket on the internet in August. She's a Hamburg High and Albright College grad and works as an environmental specialist for Warmkessel Geo-Environmental in Temple.
She and her husband Steve now own three Toyotas. Freedom Toyota of Hamburg provided the winning vehicle.

This has been the first year I have attended The Pennsylvania Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living Festival. Each year, I had wanted to attend, but something always came up. This year, I put some time aside and decided to volunteer. I had a great time helping Bob Swaim the Bicycle Man demonstrate his bicycles and his golf ball pyramid. The festival held such a wide variety of vendors and demonstrators, it was hard to decide where to start! It is not common to find such a wealth of information on "living greener". Winnning the Toyota Prius has been amazing. I still can't believe it. Not only did I win a car, but it is the car I have always wanted! I am extremely grateful to MAREA and the Energy Festival. I will be back next year, volunteering again!
